These draft terms describe the intended boundaries for Risk Oracle as a non-custodial, paper-first analytics and risk-governance workspace.
Research And Analytics Only
Risk Oracle provides research, simulation, analytics, portfolio-risk, and execution-governance workflows. The service is not financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, wealth management, copy trading, managed trading, or a guarantee of returns.
No Live Trading By Default
Risk Oracle is paper-first. Public clients must not expose live broker execution unless a separate approved production process enables it. AI or model outputs must not create direct autonomous execution.
No Custody Or Money Movement
Risk Oracle does not custody funds, operate pooled funds, manage omnibus wallets, request private keys or seed phrases, or move user money.
